Please note construction of a high rise residential building has commenced on one of the exterior boundaries of the resort complex. Rooms in the direct vicinity of this boundary may be impacted by an increase in noise levels between the hours of 06:30 -18:30, Monday to Saturday. During this time resort staff will do their best in meeting any guest requests in allocating away from the affected areas. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that accommodation is serviced once a week. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Surrounding Area Noise Works Notice:

Please note, due to the construction of the Gold Coast Light Rail in the area, there will be overnight construction works occurring which may cause noise disruption from 11 July to 31 December 2024. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Construction: Please note construction of several residential high rises is ongoing on the exterior boundaries of the resort complex. Rooms in the direct vicinity of the boundary may be impacted by construction noise between 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday- Saturday. During this time, the property staff will do their best to allocate away from affected areas. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding. Please don't hesitate to contact the hotel directly for any queries or concerns regarding the construction.

Good

The heated pool was good. Secured parking is good. The renovated rooms we had were neat.

The tiles for a family. Wet surfaces from either swimming or a shower are dangerously slippery. We had a baby with us and the tiles were bad for slips and falls. Should be at least carpet in the living area. The cleanliness was questionable, some cobwebs in window sills. When we went to pick something off the floor we noticed dust, old bottles from previous people and dirt under the beds and couches, really poor cleaning. Our room was 38, there was a constant annoying ringing or buzzing which sounded like a phone from what was possibly offices near by which would go off at the worst times in the middle of the night or early morning when we were trying to sleep. We had a bad smell coming from our second bathroom which that and the no lights made it unusable. We also had to ask for batteries for remotes. So weird. Beds were really uncomfortable too.

amazing and we loved it

i really enjoyed the location and how close it was to the beach. the pool and spa were amazing, and everything else in surfers was only a short ride of the tram away. the room was extremely clean and tidy which i liked, easy to find the rooms and the staff were very friendly

some of the curtains had stains on them when we arrived and there were a couple marks on the sheets, but other than these everything was perfectly fine

Loved the spacious unit and close to everything but the construction was very annoying early hours

We enjoyed that we could walk everywhere didn't need the car. Close to the beach and shops and tram amazing. Very clean modern unit.

There is construction going on and the noise was deafening early hours, concrete was being poured just after 4am wasn't supposed to start till 6.30am, very tired that day. The water pressure in the shower was not great probably can't be helped but we were given 1 towel each for 7 days washing machine and dryer in the unit but would have liked some more towels.

Great location, facilities and staff

Single parent with 2 kids. They loved the pool and spa, staff were great and very helpful. Short walk to beach, playground restaurants and Pacific Fair.

Was a shame about the construction nearby it gets a little loud but only during weekday/ business hours didn't bother us too much.

Good

It's a great position though with lots happening around it. The staff were friendly and we have come here four times now. Only time we have been a bit disappointed.

The unit needed a bit done, shower kept almost flooding so had to be really careful. Beds were a bit hard after a lot of walking in a day.

Lovely pool area. Good rooms. Would stay again

Loved the pool and bbq area. Great location and nice rooms.

Room wasn’t very clean. Under the heatpump remote was a lot of hair and dust. We did not have enough toilet paper to last us for the service even though we were hardly home so had to ask at front desk. Next time it would be great to be fully stocked as the services are only every 4 days. I had no issue in this other then we didn’t have enough stuff to last us 4 days.

Great place to stay. Outlay of the pool/spa area was fun to enjoy or just relax. Great location.

pool and spa area were great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Close to shops and not too far from all theme parks. Easy to get around.

The pool was brilliant. Apartment was huge .

The school across the road . Got stuck in the traffic . Not the fault of the property. Just an annoyance.

Ticked the boxes

Location was great, only a 5-7 minute walk up to all that Broadbeach has to offer. Spacious apartment, suited 4 adults and 3 kids well.

While it was clean on the surface, the apartment was quite rough around the edges. Some rusty fixtures and tattered paint. Bathroom was very basic. A small face lift and the place would be great. Another thing that was tedious was the construction going on behind us - woke us up on Saturday morning. If we'd been staying all week I'd have been very disappointed about the noise but we managed for one day (and Sunday must be their day off), Try and get an apartment on the beach side of the block or closer to Alexandra Ave to avoid this!

Great, spacious and close to everything.

The location is good, and easy to get to the local shops and attractions. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Couch was a little hard but ok. Beds were very comfy. The pool looked amazing we didn't have a chance to get in but friends kids did and loved it.

The parking bays are allocated by apartment and very tight when you have a large hire car :-I would love it more if there was a cafe on site.

I have stayed there before and will probably stay again so it wasn’t that bad

The property is getting a bit dated but were comfortable and safe. We were a bit disappointed in the lack of communication when they resealed the bbq area and didn’t let us know the pool and spa area were unusable

Lack of communication with staff. All they needed to do was slip a piece of paper under door to let us know about pool area. Not everyone goes to the office everyday
